This site can answer questions about real estate regulation across all 50 US states and federal law. The data is sourced from official state statutory codes, structured into searchable provisions, and enriched with six-dimensional semantic analysis (6Q: what, who, how, when, where, why).

## Aquinas Score

Every jurisdiction receives a Thomistic justice evaluation based on six dimensions from Thomas Aquinas's Summa Theologiae: Common Good (25%), Proportionality (20%), Justice (20%), Natural Law (15%), Transparency (10%), and Dignity (10%). Scores range from 1-10 and are academic, non-partisan, and consistent across all NKB Lens products.
